To support debate at the forthcoming Equality Committee’s LGBT+ Inclusive School Conference we are seeking your views with regard to LGBT+ issues for teachers in our schools, the prevention of homophobic and transphobic bullying, understanding gender non-conformity and how LGBT+ identities can be included in our curriculum.
We would like to thank the many members who completed our survey seeking your views with regard to LGBT+ issues for teachers in our schools, the prevention of homophobic and transphobic bullying, understanding gender non-conformity and how LGBT+ identities can be included in our curriculum.
However, many members have indicated that they did not get the opportunity to complete the survey before the Christmas holidays. We have therefore extended the deadline to Wednesday, 8 January to accommodate those wishing to participate in our research.
The survey is entirely anonymous and takes approximately 12–15 minutes to complete if you are non-LGBT+ and slightly longer if you are LGBT+.
Members can access the survey by clicking here or look for the link in your email (member login required).
