Annual Congress is held at Easter and is the supreme governing body of the Organisation. Organisation policy is determined by Annual Congress or by Special Congresses which are called from time to time. Branches, Districts, CEC, BFC and NC are entitled to submit motions for consideration at Annual Congress.
Congress 2020 will be held in the Clayton Silver Springs Hotel in Cork on Monday, 13 April through to Wednesday, 15 April.

How to get there
Located in Tivoli, less than 3km from Cork city centre and 11km from Cork International Airport, there are various convenient transport options available for guests travelling to Clayton Hotel Silver Springs.
Train
Cork Kent Station on Lower Glanmire Road is very close to the hotel. Take a taxi from the rank outside the station; journey time is approx. 5 minutes. The station is within walking distance from the hotel. You should allow 20 minutes for a brisk walk or 30 minutes at a more leisurely pace.
Coach
A scheduled bus service operates from Cork Airport to the City centre. From Cork Bus Station, we recommend taking a taxi to the hotel. Journey time is 10 minutes.
Bus
From Cork city centre, the number 8 bus runs every 15 minutes from St. Patrick’s Street and stops across from Mayfield police station. Proceed down Mayfield Hill and follow the road around to the left to the Clayton Hotel Silver Springs.
Parking
