Pay restoration from 1 October – circular confirms final phase of PSSA

The Department has issued Circular 0060/2020. An uplift of 2% applies to all pay scales, as set out in the circular, while allowances generally are restored to their value as of 31 December 2009 after which they had been cut by 5%.
