It is especially important, during this COVID-19 crisis, for INTO members to be aware of the INTO Benevolent Fund. The fund provides two types of financial support. INTO members should pay particular attention to the Hardship Grants:
- Death Grants: A 4,000 Euro grant is payable on the death of an INTO member. A 2,000 Euro grant is payable on the death of an INTO member’s spouse.
- Hardship Grants: The Benevolent Fund is also used to provide financial support to members, usually for a very short duration. Applications for support from the fund are normally made by INTO members who find themselves in severe financial difficulty and do not have other financial resources to fall back on.
