8th March 2021
INTO is calling all Principal and Vice-principal members to the first PDC Fora. Aware you are all experiencing significant pressures and workload the fora are planned to provide support and a future strength.
The Fora has an active role within the INTO, through District, submitting motions to Congress and Conference as well as nominating delegates to District and Fora officers (the cathaoirleach, leas-chathaoirleach and secretary elected at the AGM). Please read the INTO Guide to Fora (pdf) for a full explanation.
It’s an opportunity for Principals and Vice-principals to express and exchange views within the aims and objectives of the Organisation, to engage in professional development, to network and develop professional relationships with other school leaders.
Principal and Vice-principal involvement within the INTO is integral to the strength of the Union – the establishment of the Fora is a significant step forward.
P/VP members can attend the PDC in the district they work in or live in.
