Management Side have made a revised pay offer to teachers for the academic year 2024/25. The offer is for 5.5%. It is important that members read the full offer which can be found HERE
A consultation survey to members regarding the revised pay offer, will open on Monday 24th March 2025 at 9.00am and will close on Thursday 27th March 2025 at 12.00pm. Members will be asked to indicate whether they accept the offer by simply selecting Yes or No.
Northern Committee have met and carefully considered all parts of the offer and the jeopardy around non-acceptance. On this basis Northern Committee recommend acceptance of this offer.
The INTO advises members to check their emails, including Spam/Junk folders if the email is not in their inbox, and to register their decision before the 12pm deadline on Thursday, 27th March 2025.

Additionally, there will be a Town Hall Event tomorrow, Thursday, 20th March from 4-5pm via Teams. This will be an information session where members can ask questions about the pay offer.
